JetPay provides checkout and trust infrastructure for Indian ecommerce merchants, including JetPay Checkout and SafeCOD.

JetPay does not directly sell physical goods to end customers through this website.

  1. No Direct Sale of Physical Goods

JetPay is not the seller, manufacturer, distributor, or shipper of products purchased from ecommerce merchants.

Any product order, product cancellation, return, replacement, refund, exchange, or delivery-related issue is primarily governed by the policies of the relevant merchant, seller, ecommerce platform, logistics partner, payment partner, or applicable transaction terms.

  1. JetPay Services

Where JetPay provides technology, checkout, trust-layer, transaction workflow, support, or related services to merchants or partners, any fees, refunds, cancellations, credits, reversals, or service adjustments will be governed by the applicable commercial agreement, invoice terms, transaction rules, or partner arrangement.

  1. SafeCOD Transactions

SafeCOD is a patent-pending trust layer that helps make COD transactions safer for merchants and buyers through structured transaction flows, payment assurance, buyer confidence, and evidence-backed dispute support.

Refunds, cancellations, reversals, releases, or settlement outcomes related to SafeCOD transactions may depend on:

  • Merchant policies

  • Buyer action or inaction

  • Transaction status

  • Delivery status

  • Dispute status

  • Available evidence

  • Payment partner rules

  • Escrow or settlement partner rules

  • Applicable laws and transaction terms

JetPay does not guarantee refund approval, cancellation approval, dispute outcome, settlement outcome, zero RTO, zero disputes, or guaranteed fraud prevention.

  1. Payment Partner Infrastructure

JetPay does not directly hold customer funds.

Payment, escrow, settlement, refund, reversal, and related regulated flows are enabled through approved banking, payment, and escrow partners, subject to applicable laws, partner approvals, and commercial arrangements.

Processing timelines for refunds, reversals, settlements, or releases may depend on the relevant bank, payment gateway, escrow partner, merchant, ecommerce platform, or other service provider.

  1. Cancellations

Cancellation requests related to ecommerce orders must be directed to the relevant merchant, seller, or ecommerce platform.

Cancellation requests related to JetPay services, if applicable, will be handled according to the relevant commercial agreement, service terms, or written arrangement between JetPay and the concerned merchant or partner.

  1. Refund Timelines

Where any refund or reversal is approved under applicable transaction terms or partner policies, the timeline may vary depending on the payment method, bank, payment gateway, escrow partner, merchant, platform, and applicable regulatory or operational process.

JetPay is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, escrow partners, merchants, logistics partners, ecommerce platforms, or third-party service providers.

In SafeCOD or related transaction workflows, disputes may be reviewed based on defined transaction rules and available evidence, which may include packaging evidence, delivery information, buyer-side evidence, transaction records, and communication records where applicable.

Dispute outcomes may result in release, refund, reversal, escalation, or other action depending on the applicable transaction terms and partner rules.
